Programme de la formation
This program aims at sharing common issues arising in the first year of becoming a manager, understanding the underlying causes and gathering multiple choices for resolution. The modules as shown are not linear in progression. They will be taught as and when they appear from the co-dev work. Therefore, the program may be subject to modifications according to the real-time needs of the group.
Objectifs de la formation
- Recognizing the strengths and weaknesses of one's skill sets as a manager
- Developing a sound understanding of the potential underlying causes to management issues and the remedies
- Strengthening cooperation within own team and between peer managers using co-development
- Creating a community of managers who support each other
- Each module is structured as follows : A specific topic emerges from the co-dev session . This one topic will be deepened with a formal short training at the beginning of the next module. Therefore, starting module 2, there will systematically be a feedback upon application of remedies found last session. This will allow the group and the facilitator to follow progress in managerial skills and to adapt further the content of training to real life needs.

- Note that the golden standard is : a co-development group usually holds between 4 to 10 members and meets for 3-4 hours every 2 to 5 weeks for 6 to 12 months.
